We were hoping to buy our new home and were hoping it’d be a good experience—like anyone would. She wasn’t honest, would take days to reply, and lead us on and in until we found through Trulia about the status of the property we were interested in (we had an offer on it). She lacks transparency and honesty.

Having never sold a house before I called Bree & Associates based on good reviews and word of mouth. Ashley contacted me and from day one I felt comfortable and in good hands with her and her team. They made the process smooth and seamless and were very informative along the way. Absolutely, I would recommend Ashley as an agent to anyone that may be looking to buy or sell.

My lovely wife and I decided to move to Astoria. We contacted Ashley and were immediately smitten by her graciousness, intelligence and willingness to determine our home ownership desires. As a local girl, she educated us in the subtleties of the surprisingly diverse Astoria neighborhoods. Ashley provided essentially a tour guide service as we explored the homes she scheduled. In the course of this rewarding hunt, she ascertained specific needs and narrowed the field with great precision. We purchased a home Ashley had championed. It is also critical to acknowledge the marvelous support of her entire team. Every individual in our transaction was personable and kind.

Ashley and Mallory were absolutely amazing and communicative throughout our entire transaction! Ashley had great advice and helped us negotiate our way to our dream home less than 24 hours after it was on the market! The entire Bree & Associates Real Estate team are the best in the business and we will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone. We couldn't have had a better experience buying our home!

This was my first home purchase, they were really helpful in starting the process. We did hit a few hiccups along the way, but the team always did everything possible to help us. Any details about houses we looked at were brought straight to our attention. They were very upfront about everything. Would reccomend to my friends.

After relocating to the Astoria/Warrenton area, my wife and I were referred to Bree & Associates through a coworker. We worked with Ashley Nichols. Ashley was incredibly attentive and held our hand through the whole process. As first time home buyers, this helped immensely. There was a point when we asked Ashley about some homes in our price range that we had not viewed. She explained in detail why she thought that those specific properties were not for us. After hearing her explanation, we recognized that she had our best interest at hand. We would gladly recommend Bree & Associates to anyone looking to purchase a home in this area. From start to finish the process was simple and smooth.

Our agent was Ashley Nicholas. She never gave up on finding us a house. We had looked for over a year and had been in one other short sale that fell through. We were determined to live in Astoria and Ashley never stopped looking for a house. Finally in February we accepted the sellers last offer. I did feel that we (Ashley and I) could have been more aggressive to the seller as there were foundation problems that we have to fix. When buying a house in Astoria, to the buyers, do your diligence and have the home inspected professionally by a foundation contractor for any out of level or sliding issues. The seller in my opinion, should be responsible for at least half or more of the repairs. We found that at Re-max/Bree & Associates, everyone was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and on time for appointments. Great organization to deal with.

I worked with Ashley Nichols. She was fabulous and trekked through a ton of different homes, worked with our concerns and was willing to make things happen! She was on top of the paperwork, easy to get in touch with, incredibly knowledgeable, willing to explain and re-explain the process to a first-time buyer and fully supportive of finding the best home for us! When I began my search for a second home on the Oregon coast I worked with a couple different Realtors. None of which were as good as Ashley Nichols, the very first time I reached out to Ashley see was great. Very responsive and willing to find out any information I asked for. She always followed up and kept me informed with any pertinent information I needed to make good decisions why shopping for a second home on the coast!!!!
